Your Package Shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of successful payment confirmation and subject to stock availability.
Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners with tracking services where available. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you by email, SMS, or WhatsApp when applicable.
Delivery methods may vary depending on destination, product type, and courier availability. Signature upon delivery may be required for certain shipments.

Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location, package dimensions, weight, and selected shipping method. Final shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment.

We recommend grouping items into a single order where possible.
Separate orders placed individually may be processed and shipped separately, and shipping charges may apply to each order.
Packaging and Protection
We take special care to package all orders securely to reduce risk of damage during transit.
Fragile or delicate items are packed with protective materials where appropriate.
Shipment Risk and Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines depend on the shipping provider. While we assist with delivery issues, delays caused by courier operations, customs, weather, or incorrect address details are outside our direct control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate.
